He then proceeds to check the shelves again finally finding my order that had been sitting there the whole time. After I told him that I'd just like a refund at this point, he goes and checks the kitchen and comes back. A manager came over and began handing out orders and I again gave him my name. No concern was given and hostess essentially shrugged her shoulders. Another 25 minutes goes by and I re-enter the store and again ask about my order informing them it is now 40 min passed the promise time. I went to the takeout pick up area and asked about my order.the hostess checked two bags and told me to go back to my car and wait for a text. Eventually I went inside and pretty much every table was dirty and the store overall looked awful. Tried contacting the curbside number and the main restaurant number. After waiting an additional 15 min I tried calling the store and as per usual you cannot get anyone here to answer the phone. I arrived at the curbside pickup at 8 PM seeing it was busy so I decided to give the restaurant a bit of extra time because I've been a restaurant GM for 10 years and I know how things go. Sent in an online order for two entrees, an appetizer, and 2 desserts at 7:34 PM.
